1. Get in touch
Fill out the commission form with as much detail as possible about what you’re looking for. I’ll get back to you to discuss your idea and make sure I can create something you’ll love.
2. Discuss your commission
We’ll discuss your ideas, reference photos, size and any other details so that we both have a clear understanding of the finished piece before I begin.
3. Secure your commission
Once we’ve agreed on the details, I’ll send you an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit, payable by card. Your commission will then be booked in.
4. I’ll create your artwork
For painting commissions, I’ll begin working on your original painting once the deposit has been received. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process and make sure you’re happy with the finished piece before it’s prepared for delivery.
For illustration commissions, I’ll create the digital artwork and send you a preview to approve before the final print is produced.
5. Final payment & delivery
For paintings, once you’re happy with the finished artwork, it will need to dry for approximately two weeks before it can be safely packaged and shipped. Once the remaining 50% has been paid, your painting will be carefully packaged and sent to you.
For illustrations, once you’ve approved the final artwork, I’ll have the design printed and, once the final 50% payment has been received, it will be packaged and posted to you.
