Shipping policy

We ship internationally using Royal Mail. International orders are sent on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis, meaning that any import VAT, customs duties or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges. We cannot predict the amount of any charges that may apply.

Please check your country's import requirements before placing an order. If customs charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, any costs incurred may be deducted from your refund.
