1. General These terms apply to all visitors and customers of Jasmine Gates Art. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products All artwork — including original paintings, prints, stickers, and mugs — is created by Jasmine Gates. We make every effort to display colours accurately, but due to variations in screens and printing, the final product may differ slightly from images shown online.

3. Intellectual Property All artwork, images, and content on this site remain the intellectual property of Jasmine Gates. Purchase of a product does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any artwork without prior written permission.

4. Commissions Commission enquiries are subject to a separate agreement confirmed in writing before work begins. A deposit may be required. We reserve the right to decline any commission request.

5. Pricing & Payment All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders where necessary.

6. Shipping Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for carrier delays outside our control.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
